Mental Health

Being healthy does not mean the mere absence of disease. You are healthy when you successfully strike a balance between your interpersonal relations, your responsibilities, and your struggle to cope up with normalcy.

Mental Health, these days, is of paramount importance. One can survive through all thicks and thins of life when he is; only when he is mentally content and satisfied. The risk of developing a mental disorder is equal to one’s proneness of catching a cold.

It is said that one of every 5 adult individuals face mental health issues once or more times in their lives. And, about 10% of children develop mental illnesses at the early age of six years.

Mental Health does affect every aspect of one’s life. From dealing with struggles of obligations to making insightful decisions, it all boils down to one being healthy. And that is what we believe in.

The social stigma that gets attached to anyone grappling with ordeals of life, makes it worse for him to be able to lead a normal life. This stigma also leads to a considerable reduction in the number of people wanting to help themselves and such people refuse to accept the risk of ill mental health. Causes of ill mental health are as complicated as brain structure and chemistry and to help you surpass these issues, we are at your service!

In cases of absence of treatment of mental illnesses, minor issues grow and turn into severe disorders that are harder to treat at a later stage. Sometimes, when disorders remain unidentified, one tends to involve himself in episodes of violence, crime, and too often, suicides. In such cases, recovery, too, is uncertain and short-lived. Therefore, the first step is to identify and accept that one does have a problem and one will strive hard for his well being. Which is why ‘YOUR MENTAL HEALTH IS OUR PRIORITY. YOUR HAPPINESS IS ESSENTIAL. YOUR SELF CARE IS A NECESSITY’
