Delivery Information

Most web orders ship within 2-3 business days of the order. Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received your order. You’ll receive another email, this time directly from Indian Post/courier within 2-3 business days confirming your order has been shipped and providing you with a tracking number for the order.

Domestic Parcels (within India)

Orders within India usually arrive within 3-7 business days of dispatch.

International Parcels

Our internet orders are sent by courier only and normally take 9 to 25 business days to most countries. However, please note that global postal/shipping and delivery services are currently unpredictable due to the current world health crisis. If you require your order urgently, we suggest you first try to purchase the products you are looking for from sources that ship from your country.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions around the world, India Post is currently unable to ship to some international destinations.

If you place an order, and your delivery address is in a country to which India Post or courier service is not currently shipping, we will contact you by email to let you know, and we will refund your order.

Please also note that, due to the unpredictable nature of the pandemic, in some cases delivery may take longer than the estimations. As the situation is beyond our control, we are unable to take responsibility for orders that arrive later than expected. Thanks for your understanding.
