Return and Refund Policy

Moonlight Books will accepts returns of products only if you were sent the incorrect item. You must notify us of the error within 2 days of your receipt of the order. A full replacement or refund will apply including any shipping costs.
Approved refund amount will be credited to original mode of payment in 10 business days.
Replacement of products will be done in 10 business day.

Damaged Products

All items are thoroughly checked for damage prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that the product(s) is damaged or is damaged in transit, we will replace the product(s) or provide a full refund excluding any shipping costs upon return of the damaged product(s) with its original packing.
