Nilesh D.Nathwani was born in Jinja, Uganda at the end of the Second World War. Deeply influenced by the radicals of the Indian freedom fighters, Bal Gangadhar Tilak and Sri Aurobindo, he went to study at Puducherry. His first book Kailash-Mansarovar was well received by the general public and even became a best-seller. At present, he is living in the beautiful city of Vienna, Austria.
